Back of the Net, Cork's new soccer magazine, has been delayed until early March and below Paul Hogan fills us in on new developments:

Hi all,

Thanks for
your continued support of Back of the Net, your new local football magazine dedicated to all levels of football in Cork. The first issue remains on sale in retail outlets around the city and county and is priced at just €2.

Alternatively, you can contact us on backofthenetcork@gmail.com or 087 2201145 and we will ensure you get your copy. For registration and insurance reasons we have had to delay the second issue until early March.

We are glad to announce that we will be increasing the magazine to 48 pages from 32 pages to ensure we provide even more coverage to the local game. Also, our website should be up and running in the next week or so.

Again, we would ask anybody out there who is involved in local football to contact us if they have a football related story for us at Back of the Net.

And we would appeal to clubs and fans of football to continue supporting the magazine each month.

Your support is crucial for us to sustain the magazine from a financial perspective as we set about bringing to you a publication highlighting the great entertainment we get on the football pitches up and down the county every weekend.
