The competition is on Sunday 7th of August, in Murrayfield, Macroom .

• All standard 11 a side rules apply

• Groups will be decided in this order:
o Points
o Goal Difference
o Goals Scored
o Drawing Lots

• Games are 20 minutes a half

• Semi Finals and Finals will be decided by penalty shoot out if level at full time
o 3 penalties a side
o Then sudden death penalties

• Any player who receives a red card misses the next match

• Teams are limited to 5 substitutes per match
