FROM THE RAMS TO THE REBELS

Remember Richie Brooks, the classy defender who played with Cork Celtic in the great days of Cork soccer? Well, the news is that Richie is about to publish a book called From the Rams to the Rebels. Celtic fans, and there are still many of them around, and football fans in general will be glad to know that Richie is coming to Cork.
His pal John O’Neill John O'Neill has been in touch. “..book is nearly done.. He is in Cork at the end of August. The Derby Telegraph are doing a big thing on the two of us, on how Ambie swapped me for Richie, Wiggy and Alec all those years ago.”
John himself was in Cork last year when he launched his CD and you may read more about him here . Keep an eye for the book. I’ll let you know here when I have more news on it.
