Swedish Talent Coach Doesn't believe in Elite Selection Process

Corkman Mark O'Sullivan (ex Tramore Athletic) is a EUFA B qualified Coach living and working in Stockholm (Sweden). 

Here he tells us how a top Swedish coach works against the Elite Selection Process saying the likes of  Henrik Larsson,Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Johan Mjällby were never selected for the Swedish Football Association's elite youth training camps for 15 year olds .They weren't even selected for their district representation team.
